CLUB DEVELOPMENT PHASES
PHASE 1:
The Founding Era
During Phase I, the club will establish the foundation of the Lodgepole experience through the acquisition of premium adventure gear and sporting equipment, along with the development of 1–2 member concierge pick-up and return locations. Members will enjoy access to curated, high-quality equipment designed to support a wide range of outdoor pursuits and experiences. Phase I will also include development of the Lodgepole member reservation app, creating a seamless platform for reserving gear, booking experiences, connecting with fellow members, and building a strong community centered around adventure and shared experiences. During this phase, the club will also develop its headquarters and private Founders Club, establishing the culture, identity, and vision that will shape the future of Lodgepole Club.
PHASE 2:
The Club Experience
Phase II will introduce a new level of member engagement through the development of sport courts, social gathering spaces, and curated experience hubs designed to bring the Lodgepole community together. Amenities such as golf simulators, resort-style pools, fire features, outdoor kitchens, sand volleyball and pickleball courts, fitness and wellness offerings, and additional recreational experiences will create an atmosphere centered around connection, activity, and shared experiences. These thoughtfully designed club environments will provide members with opportunities to stay active, entertain family and guests, host gatherings, and enjoy a sophisticated social setting that reflects the lifestyle, culture, and spirit of Lodgepole Club.
PHASE 3:
The Lodgepole Collection
Phase III marks the evolution of Lodgepole Club into a fully immersive lifestyle and destination experience, offering members access to exclusive social clubs and private residences in highly sought-after locations. A collection of signature taverns, gathering spaces, and hospitality-driven social environments will create memorable experiences for members and their guests. The introduction of private residences in carefully selected destinations will provide opportunities for relaxation, adventure, and meaningful connection in architecturally inspired settings. With these additions, Lodgepole Club will become a place where elevated experiences, lasting relationships, and personal restoration come together through a shared spirit of exploration and community.
