MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:

Founding Member

Each city-wide or regional club is limited to just 20 Founding Members or Corporate Founding Members.

A one-time capital contribution of $15,000 includes:

A 1% ownership interest in the regional club entity.
Participation in regional club profit distributions.
Priority return of up to 50% of initial contributions through designated Founder distributions, followed by ongoing 1% participation thereafter.
Lifetime membership with no annual dues.
Priority booking and early access to club experiences, events, and accommodations.
Exclusive access to the private Founders Club network and events.
24/7 key card access to all experience hubs & social centers within the members region.
Regional club voting rights on designated member matters.

Corporate Founding Member

A one-time capital contribution of $25,000 includes:

Three (3) lifetime Founding Memberships designated for the company’s executive leadership or C-suite team.
A 1% ownership interest in the regional club entity.
Participation in regional club profit distributions.
Priority return of up to 40% of initial contributions through designated Founder distributions, followed by ongoing 1% participation thereafter.
Lifetime membership with no annual dues.
Priority booking and early access to club experiences, events, and accommodations.
Exclusive access to the private Founders Club network and events.
24/7 key card access to all experience hubs & social centers within the members region.
Regional club voting rights on designated member matters.

Charter Member

Designed for members who want long-term access, preferred pricing, and priority privileges without the larger Founding Member capital commitment.

Each city-wide or regional club is limited to just 100 Charter Members.

A one-time membership contribution of $3,600 Includes:

Waived Initiation Deposit ($1,500 value)
50% reduced annual membership dues beginning in year 2.
Priority booking and early access to club experiences, events, and accommodations.
24/7 key card access to all Lodgepole Club owned experience hubs & social centers within the members region.
